Meeting a wonderful group of 3rd and 4th grade students of Bella Vista Elementary.
We started with acting out verbs.
One by one they come up with creative options.
One student stumped everyone with his active verb.
We wrapped up with an action packed preview of Buddy and the Magic Chicken Tree.

They were spicing up their writing by acting out more active verbs. They had a blast with that!
They started putting together a story and we capped it all off with a preview of Buddy and the Magic Chicken Tree.
Right at 90 kids, a bit large for this activity, but they were well behaved and very engaged.
